Your patients will receive a personalised care from consultation through to surgery, as appropriate. Following consultation or surgery all patients will be referred back to you to continue with their rehabilitation programme.
I am happy to speak with you at any point during a patient�s treatment programme about how we can collectively, achieve the best outcomes for the patient and if required I will meet with you at your practice to consult with a patient.
